The Goulds J10BD is a 1 HP belt-driven convertible jet pump, designed to be driven by an external motor, engine, or pulley system rather than an integral electric motor. Like other pumps in the Goulds convertible jet series, it is built in cast iron and can be configured for shallow-well service or, with a separate deep-well jet assembly package, for deep-well applications.

- Well Type: Convertible: shallow well (self-contained) or deep well (with add-on jet assembly)
Applications: Suited for shallow or deep well water systems where a belt-driven, non-electric power source (such as a gas engine or line-shaft motor) is preferred over an integral electric motor.
