The Goulds 50SPM20 is a 5 HP self-priming medium head pump built for lawn irrigation, dewatering, liquid transfer, plot irrigation, and livestock watering. Its self-priming design uses a replaceable check valve to retain enough liquid in the casing for fast, reliable priming and automatic repriming (to 25 feet), and it delivers up to 218 GPM with up to 115.5 feet of total dynamic head.

This pump uses the standard Buna-elastomer mechanical seal configuration, which is not certified to NSF/ANSI 61.
