Stenner's Classic Series is the pump line that built the company's reputation: a simple, electromechanical peristaltic design that has been in continuous production for decades because it works and it's easy to service. The patented roller-and-tube pump head keeps the solution completely isolated from the motor and gearing, so there are no seals, valves, or check balls to wear out or clog. The pump is self-priming against full working pressure, won't lose its prime or vapor-lock on off-gassing chemicals like sodium hypochlorite, and can run dry without damage. The 100 Series pairs two independent pump heads on one motor, so a single unit can dose two compatible solutions at the same ratio, or simply deliver more volume than a single-head Classic pump allows. Output on both heads is adjusted together with an external feed-rate dial from roughly 5% to 100% of rated capacity. It's the standard choice for well water chlorination and disinfection, pH correction, iron and manganese oxidation ahead of a filter, corrosion and scale control, and commercial pool and spa sanitation, and is also widely used in cooling towers, irrigation, animal health, and industrial process water.
