The Goulds 2DW1011 is a 1 HP, 115V single-phase submersible dewatering pump from Goulds 2DW Series, part of Xylem’s Goulds Water Technology line. It is rated to handle solids up to any particle small enough to pass the intake strainer through a 2" NPSM (rotatable for vertical or horizontal installation) discharge, running at 3500 RPM. The table below shows this pump’s flow rate at four fixed total dynamic head (TDH) points, so you can match it to your specific lift and distance requirements.
- Horsepower: 1 HP
- Voltage / Phase: 115V Single-Phase, 60 Hz
- Speed: 3500 RPM
- Discharge: 2" NPSM (rotatable for vertical or horizontal installation)
- Solids Handling: any particle small enough to pass the intake strainer
- Max. Submergence / Working Pressure: 16.5 ft (5 m)
- Liquid Temperature: 95°F (35°C) maximum
- Power Cord: 50 ft
Flow Rate at Fixed Head (TDH):
- 10 ft. TDH: 59 GPM
- 15 ft. TDH: 55 GPM
- 20 ft. TDH: 51 GPM
- 25 ft. TDH: 47 GPM
Construction:
- Impeller & Diffuser: polyurethane for wear and corrosion resistance
- Mechanical Seal: dual seals for double leakage protection - outer seal silicon carbide, inner seal carbon/ceramic
- Rubber Liner: protects against wear around the impeller
- Bottom Strainer: impact-absorbing EPDM rubber with suction holes for low pump-down
- Bearings: upper and lower heavy-duty ball bearings
- Motor: air-filled, Class F insulated design with a built-in starter and full overload/temperature protection
Applications: Removing water from drainage ditches, trenches, basements, and manholes, and excavating drainage in the building trades.
Warnings: This pump must be connected to electrical service protected by a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) where required by code. Failure to do so may result in serious personal injury or death and property damage.
Do not run this pump dry for extended periods or operate it outside its rated flow and head range. Follow the manufacturer’s wiring, grounding, and float-switch/control-panel instructions for your specific installation.
