The Goulds 2DM51F3NA is a 1-1/2 HP, 230V three-phase submersible sewage pump from Goulds 2DM Series, part of Xylem’s Goulds Water Technology line. It is rated to handle solids up to 1-3/8" spherical (1/2 HP) or 2" spherical (3/4 HP and larger) through a 1-1/2" (1/2 HP) or 2" NPT (3/4 HP and larger) discharge, running at 3450 RPM. The table below shows this pump’s flow rate at four fixed total dynamic head (TDH) points, so you can match it to your specific lift and distance requirements.

  • Horsepower: 1-1/2 HP
  • Voltage / Phase: 230V Three-Phase, 60 Hz
  • Speed: 3450 RPM
  • Discharge: 1-1/2" (1/2 HP) or 2" NPT (3/4 HP and larger)
  • Solids Handling: 1-3/8" spherical (1/2 HP) or 2" spherical (3/4 HP and larger)
  • Max. Submergence / Working Pressure: 17 ft (5 m)
  • Liquid Temperature: 104°F (40°C) continuous, 140°F (60°C) intermittent
  • Power Cord: 20 ft

Flow Rate at Fixed Head (TDH):

  • 10 ft. TDH: 152 GPM
  • 15 ft. TDH: 141 GPM
  • 20 ft. TDH: 130 GPM
  • 25 ft. TDH: 117 GPM

Construction:

  • Casing: corrosion-resistant AISI 304 stainless steel
  • Impeller: AISI 304 stainless steel, two-vane non-clog design for maximum pumping efficiency
  • Mechanical Seal: drive-lube silicon carbide vs. silicon carbide sealing faces, AISI 300-series stainless steel metal parts, running in a protected oil chamber
  • Shaft: AISI 304 stainless steel, high-strength, with keyed and locking cap-screw impeller fastening
  • Motor Shell, Support Feet & Lifting Handle: AISI 304-series stainless steel

Applications: Simplex and duplex installations in small lift stations, drainage systems, or raw-water applications for homes and farms, mobile home parks and motels, schools and hospitals, municipal package systems, industrial treatment systems, and dewatering.

Warnings: This pump must be connected to electrical service protected by a Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) where required by code. Failure to do so may result in serious personal injury or death and property damage.

Do not run this pump dry for extended periods or operate it outside its rated flow and head range. Follow the manufacturer’s wiring, grounding, and float-switch/control-panel instructions for your specific installation.
